Hello, I’m Hannele.
I'm an ex-corporate lawyer, tech co-founder, and a business and service designer turned intuitive business coach for heart-led professional entrepreneurs.
I've built and exited multiple purpose-driven companies because I stopped selling my time and started building from my ideas. Even when they didn't fit the traditional mold.
I became an entrepreneur not just for financial success, but to find my way back to freedom, creativity, and my own rhythm.
That’s why I created the Freedom Incubator.
I created this coaching for you, so you can redefine the path of entrepreneurship and success, from your own starting points. It is about business, money, strategy, and growth. But on a deeper level, it's about who you are outside of everything the surrounding society has taught you.
The entrepreneurial world celebrates risk-taking in men and calls it "reckless" in women. We're told to be more confident, but then penalized when we take up space. We're encouraged to dream big, but questioned when our dreams don't look like everyone else's.
